**Job Description**:
The **Business Area Markets** increases the value of Vattenfall's portfolio through optimisation and dispatching, hedging and sourcing for Vattenfall's assets and customers. We are Vattenfall's central access point to the energy commodity markets, trading power, emissions, fuels, freight and renewable energy certificates. We operate across Europe and employ around 500 people in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Denmark.

In our People area, you will gain initial experience for your professional future. You will have the opportunity to get to know an international company at first hand and gain exciting insights into various processes of the Employee Life Cycle at Vattenfall. We need you to successfully organise these processes

**Your tasks in our team are**:

- Support in the reporting of our key performance indicators
- Supporting our communication topics in various channels and formats, e.g. Women in Energy
- Collaboration in international processes to strengthen our employee centricity and employee development, e.g. performance process, diversity programme, development programme
- Independent research to develop topics and possible implementation paths
- Taking on administrative tasks, e.g. creating reports and templates

**Qualifications**:
**We would like to get to know you if you**:

- Are enrolled in **Business Administration** or (**Business) Psychology** (specialising in human resources/communication) or a **comparable area of studies**:

- Have a keen interest in human resources and communication topics
- Are confident in using Microsoft Office 365, including pivot tables in MS Excel
- Have very good written and spoken German and/or English skills
- Enjoy teamwork and are motivated by new topics

Additional Information
- Start of employment: immediately
- Variable 2-4 days/week, max. 20 hours/week (40 hours/week during the semester break)
- Duration of assignment: at least 6 or 12 months, extension possible by arrangement
