Your Role- Support global document management and daily business for quality topics- Support of the documentation, training and follow up processes- Manage timely reporting of data- Data plausibility checks for process and product data- Support the cosmetic standard management- Support the team on organizational topics
Your Profile- Preferable a study of Optics, Engineering, International Business Administration or Quality Management- Preferably first work experience through internships or working student positions- An independent, systematic, and conscientious way of working- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Experiences with SharePoint, Minitab and Power BI is a plus- Good knowledge of MS Office like Excel, Word and Outlook- Good German and English skills, both verbal and written- The possibility to work in a flexible work model (on site and mobile work)
