**Who will you be joining?**

You will be part of the Regulatory Reporting team within the department Accounting & Reporting Allianz SE. The Regulatory Reporting team is in charge of all accounting and reporting based requirements under Solvency II for Allianz SE, the holding and reinsurance company of Allianz Group, as well as regulatory reporting requirements to BaFin and Bundesbank. The responsibilities of Regulatory Reporting range from the preparation of quarterly and annual closings according to Solvency II framework, the planning and analysis of financial data to the presentation of results to various internal and external stakeholders (Management/Supervisor/Public/Auditors) as well as the preparation and submission of BaFin reports and the Foreign Trade Report.

**How can you make an impact?**
- In our team you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, preparation, and submission of regulatory reports under Solvency II (SFCR & RSR). You will contribute to the successful completion of this process, which include:

- Support the end-to-end SFCR (Solvency and Financial Condition Report) and RSR (Regular Supervisory Report) process, ensuring adherence to established timelines and requirements
- Support the planning process by contributing to the development of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and information for the SFCR and RSR and incorporate feedback in reports
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and developments in the SFCR and RSR frameworks, ensuring compliance with new requirements
- Moreover, you support us with the following:

- Preparation of regular reviews, planning and analysis for the senior management
- Ad-hoc reporting, ad-hoc analysis and projects

- Flexibility with regards to working hours required

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree - preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics
- German mandatory, very good in English and good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle increased workloads during peak periods
- Highly organized and structured work approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (esp. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with financial reporting, analysis and forecasting
- Accounting understanding (Solvency II experience is a strong plus)
