You may be familiar with some of the companies that we have invested in, such as Smava, Wunderflats, Easy Park and Hornet Securities. We are proud to have attracted high caliber investors from more than 15 countries, ranging from large foundations and endowments to pension funds, insurance companies and family offices. Over half of the capital commitments in our most recent funds are by not-for-profit investors, and during 2021 Verdane held its final close on Verdane Idun I, an impact focused fund investing in technology-enabled businesses based out of Europe. Strong returns for our funds thus also help good causes.

**Job description**
We are looking for part-time investment interns for a period of 9-12 months (minimum 6 months). As an Investment Intern at Verdane, you will gain unique experience in the private equity industry and get a taste of the exciting process of supporting great businesses in their growth journey.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare investment material and financial models for ongoing investment processes
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and potential acquisitions
- Support existing portfolio companies in the execution of their growth strategies

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in the fields of business, economics, finance, accounting or similar
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience from entrepreneurship, startups, management consulting, investment banking, private equity or similar roles
- Financial modelling experience is a plus
- You are comfortable with written and spoken English and German
