Committed to delighting its customers every step of the way, Wayfair is reinventing the way people shop for their homes - from product discovery to final delivery.The Supplier Inventory Planning team works with Suppliers and Category Managers to ensure availability and forward positioning of inventory for our warehouses. We provide our inventory management expertise to suppliers via replenishment proposals to prevent going out of stock in our warehouses and thus enabling 1-2 day delivery to Wayfair customers.In this role, you’ll use and sharpen your analytical skills to prepare data analysis that drive business decisions. You’ll also work closely with the inventory planning team to support replenishing and inventory strategies.

**What You’ll Do**
- Use creative strategy and data to communicate efficiently
- Cultivating and strengthening relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
- Testing new innovative ideas and analyzing trends
- Develop a scalable way of managing a large number of suppliers’ analysis and replenishment strategies
- Manage efficient inbound inventory flows and stock health, including forecasting, purchasing, and removing aged inventory
- Lead inventory management reporting and unhealthy inventory analysis
- Develop strategies for priority initiatives and lead implementations
- Utilize web analytics tools to analyze and optimize performance

**What You’ll Need**
- Strong desire to take ownership and calculated risk in a fast paced and changing environment
- Fluency in English a must, C1 German a Plus
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills and a desire to improve processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills a requirement with a history of communication with internal and external stakeholders in previous roles a plus
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Quantitative skillset including business and data analytics, Excel, SQL, GBQ; ability to operate with large data sets to identify trends and actionable takeaways
- Enthusiastic, with proven ability to quickly get up to speed
