- Your tasks

We are looking for a motivated scientist to develop immunotherapies against cancer:
Create innovative approaches to generate gene-edited cells against cancer
Work with human T cells, NK cells, stem cells, myeloid cells
Develop in vitro assays and mouse cancer models for preclinical validations
Supervise PhD, master and medical students
Prepare reports, manuscripts, grants and presentations for conferences
Participate in the routine organization and administration of a scientific laboratory
- Your Profile
Laboratory skills in molecular biology (cloning, gene editing and gene expression analyses)
Strong know-how about immunological techniques (FACS, ELISA and cytotoxic assays)
Qualifications and experience for handling mice (FELASA B certification or equivalent)
Competence in using hardware and software tools for text generation, data analyses and documentation (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Prism-Graphpad, flowjo, etc)
Excellent English and German communication skills, both spoken and written
Team leadership, ability to organize, prioritize, solve problems reliably and efficiently
