With each solar or wind park added and the increasing electrification of entire industries, the underlying rules of the energy system are being rewritten. While nature determines when renewables generate power, we need an intelligent software that tells batteries when to store energy and when to release it.

**This is where we as Entrix come in**: Entrix is a Munich-based start-up, providing an AI-enabled optimization and fully automated trading platform for grid-scale battery storage. Figuring out how storage provides the best value to the electricity grid and the highest returns to asset owners is how we accelerate the transition to a clean energy future.

Your Responsibilities
- Identifying and attracting talent on various professional platforms (i.e. active sourcing, targeted job posts on LinkedIn etc.)
- Developing content related to Employer Branding (i.e. LinkedIn Campaigns) and publishing these on professional and social media platforms
- Measuring Recruiting & Employer Branding KPIs through LinkedIn and Greenhouse and proactively improving them
- Managing photos, videos, and photoshoots for internal events to be used for Employer Branding
- Identifying engaging in further Employer Branding opportunities (i.e. podcasts, blogs etc.)
- Supporting the People Team with organising and stocking merchandise

Your Profile
- At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field, currently enrolled in a university in Germany
- First experience as a working student or intern in Human Resources, recruiting experience is preferred
- Reliable, analytical and highly-structured working style
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both in English (C1/C2 level)
- German proficiency is a nice to have
