**Responsibilities**:

- Foster and steer change management activities in international projects
- Close cooperation with the Business Divisions Management Teams by counseling and challenging regarding strategic concepts
- Strategic partnership to the business with the dedication to people needs and requirements in transition
- Being a sparring partner to the business leaders in projects or initiatives which require a mindset shift
- Transfer theoretical change management concepts into feasible service offers
- Bridging the gap between strategic concepts and operative implementation
- Observe new development within the organization
- Shape and drive initiatives regarding new ways of working
- Consulting on organizational models for innovation and self-organization
- Expertise in M&A, restructuring efforts or business transformation towards digitalization
- Develop new services and products regarding organizational development and change with an out-of-the-box thinking and challenging the status-quo

**Requirements**:

- You have successfully completed a university degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Psychology or HR
- You have several years experiences, ideally with a focus on Organizational Development, Change, Coaching, Leadership (possibly with global experience, inside and outside of HR)
- You are able to think strategically, and you can look at things from a holistic perspective
- You are familiar with change methods and ideally different coaching practices
- You have a strong international business acumen in combination with a strong customer focus
- You are a team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
