Returnable Packaging Material & Replenishment Planner (m/w/d)
Das machst du bei uns
- Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte durch die Überwachung des Lagerbestands aller Heineken Deutschland Lager sicher
- Du gehst Abweichungen (z.B. Unzulänglichkeiten bei der Zuteilung der Kundennachfrage, Unausgewogenheit des Angebots usw.) auf den Grund und leitest in Zusammenarbeit mit der Nachfrageplanung, der Beschaffungsplanung, der RPM-Planung, der Logistik und dem Kundendienst Gegenmaßnahmen ein
- Du stimmst dich proaktiv mit unseren Supply Plannern bezüglich Mengenanpassungen im Inbound-Bereich ab, um Inter-Warehouse-Transporte zu minimieren
- Du identifizierst Risiken und Möglichkeiten zur Minimierung von Überbeständen und Maximierung der Produktverfügbarkeit zu wettbewerbsfähigen Kosten
- Du unterstützt das Planning-Team bei der Konsolidierung und Gestaltung bestehender Berichte und treibst somit die Entscheidungsfindung auf der Grundlage von Zahlen und Fakten voran
Das wünschen wir uns von dir
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und bringst 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Planung, Lagerhaltung oder in einer ähnlichen Position mit
- Du bist in der Lage kommerziellen Interessensgruppen Einblicke in die Lieferkette zu erläutern
- Stakeholder Management ist dir ein Leichtes und du bist dazu im Stande, widersprüchliche Interessen auf taktischer Ebene zu händeln
- Dich zeichnet eine hohe soziale Kompetenz aus und du besitzt die Fähigkeit andere zu verstehen und zu beeinflussen
- Du verstehst es, konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und deine Perspektiven miteinzubringen
- ERP-Systeme und Microsoft Office sind dir nicht fremd und du hast eine Affinität für Trends in der Branche
- Du hast kein Problem im Smalltalk auch auf Englisch zu switchen, wenn es nötig sein sollte
