As soon as possible, we are looking for a

**Travel Services Coordinator bilingual (German/English)**

**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Processing, preparation of offers, control and processing of individual reservations.
- You process and coordinate reservation requests.
- You support our team with questions about reservations.
- Providing excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.

**Your profile**:
**Travel Services Coordinator Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training in the reservationindustry desirable.
- You already have 5 years of experience in the hotel industry or travel agency and can speak German and English fluently.
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Data entry experience.
- Flexible working hours.
