**Spannende Aufgaben**:
- Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung des bestehenden internen Informations
- und Berichtswesens sowie der betrieblichen Steuerungsinstrumente
- Sicherstellung der Konsistenz und Datenqualität der Berichterstattung
- Monatliches und quartalsweises Berichtswesen
- Erstellung und Konzeption von Einzelanalysen, Umlagen und Segmentbetrachtungen
- Mitarbeit und Übernahme einzelner Teilbereiche im Planungsprozess (Budget, Forecast, integrierte Finanzplanung)
- Mitarbeit an internen fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle Fachbereiche
**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung, Rechnungslegung und Bilanzierung (HGB)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office - Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, Erfahrungen mit BI-Systemen wünschenswert
- analytische, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
