**Project Management Coordinator Aviation (M/F/d) (Ref.Nr.: 2023-1216)**:

**What to expect**:

- Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at the programme management level
- Planning and scheduling projects and processes
- Setting up and tracking work packages
- Tracking, controlling and reporting on project stages
- Responsibility for risk and opportunity management
- Technical change management
- Process and tool management
- Pointing out dependencies, delays and risks to project management

**What you bring along**:

- University degree (FH/TU) in (industrial) engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering or equivalent
- First professional experience in the field of aviation
- Recording, analysing and tracking KPIs are already part of your daily tasks
- Project management is an integral part of your career so far - certification (Scrum, PMI, GPM, etc.) - nice to have
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, and MS-Project
- JIRA and Confluence knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication skills and analytical abilities in combination with a quick grasp of the situation
- Fluent German and English
