Für unsere Strategische Projektportfoliosteuerung in Stuttgart suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of project management (m/w/d) Cluster Sales.

Die Strategische Projektportfoliosteuerung ist als “Filter” für die Priorisierung und Zuordnung einer Vielzahl geschäftskritischer und strategischer Projekte zuständig. Neben der Einschätzung von Machbarkeit, Scope und Budget werden hier granulare Projektpakete erstellt und einer eigenen Projektleitung oder interdisziplinären Teams zugeordnet. Auf dem Weg zu einer agilen Organisation arbeiten die meisten Teams und Projekte bereits agil. Auch die Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen steht in diesem abwechslungsreichen Feld auf dem Plan.

Woran du arbeitest:
Du leitest ein Team von Projektleitern und Delivery Managern und sorgst für den erfolgreichen Abschluss (strategischer) Themen
-Du steuerst einen Teil des Gesamtportfolios in enger Abstimmung mit dem Gesamt-Portfoliomanagement, der Unternehmensstrategie, des Controllings und unserem Corporate Center (CACF)
-Du entwickelst unser Organisationsmodell und unsere Methoden aktiv weiter
-Du hilfst deinen Mitarbeitern durch Coaching, Training und Mentoring in ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Entwicklung

Was du mitbringst:
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft, Technik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
-(Mehrjährige) Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, Technologieberatung und im Projektmanagement
-(Mehrjährige) fachliche Führungserfahrung, möglichst disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
-Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, souveräne Kommunikation, Kostenbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken und agieren
-Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
