**Your areas of responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the video commerce strategy, working closely with the marketing, sales, global training team, and product teams to drive engagement and revenue
- Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video commerce and identify new opportunities to enhance our video commerce strategy
- Be responsible for CRM and client follow-up tasks, aligned with GDPR
- Manage project timelines and budget planning for video commerce initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals
**Your profile of qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of developing and executing successful video commerce strategies
- Experience using video tools such as Bambuser
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of video production and marketing professionals
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
- Fluent in German & English, with other languages being a huge plus
