Stellenbeschreibung
**DAS ERWARTET DICH**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Beratung des HR-Directors sowie aller Führungskräfte zu operativen HR-Themen
- Mit Deinem Team übernimmst Du die Operations-Verantwortung der Immowelt Group Mitarbeiter
- Du steuerst die Erarbeitung von Prozessen sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Workday und ADP in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
- Du steuerst und unterstützt operativ monatlich den Pay-Roll Ablauf
- Gemeinsam mit den Teams stellst du effiziente Leistungen entlang der gesamten HR-Prozesskette sicher
- Das Team lernt von Dir relevante Kenntnisse zu Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Du unterstützt die Einführung an daten-basiertem Arbeiten (HR Analytics) und arbeitest gemeinsam mit Finance an notwendigen Reportings für die Geschäftsführung
- Du bist Coach des Teams, und lebst die AVIV Behaviours vor #CustommerObsessed #OneTeam #DeliverResults #Datafy #Simplify

Qualifikationen
**DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in einer Head of HR Operations Rolle oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du hast Lust darauf, 2-3 Tage pro Woche im attraktiven Office in Nürnberg zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über ein breit gefächertes Fachwissen zur gesamten Bandbreite aller HR-Themen sowie einen guten Überblick über die aktuellen Entwicklungen in HR
- Du bringst einschlägige Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Operations und Arbeitsrecht mit
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit HR-Digitalisierungsthemen sowie ein Interesse an daten-basiertem Arbeiten (HR Analytics) in HR
- Dich zeichnet neben Kommunikationsstärke ein ausgeprägter Gestaltungswille und Servicegedanke aus
- Du hast Spaß daran, neue Ideen einzubringen sowie proaktiv die Umsetzung der HR-Themen voranzutreiben
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher (in Wort und Schrift), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
