**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and delivering training videos and other digital content for our employee and customer training
- Assist in the creation of training resources and multimedia content (including web-based training, videos, animations, etc.)
- Develop and edit content, such as web-based training, videos, and animated content
- Create presentations, scripts, and handle camera work
- Assist trainers with ongoing video production projects and online live seminars
- Manage the video production equipment and software

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in a relevant area or comparable professional training in film/video production, media design or media education
- Excellent video production and editing skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Experience with KeyShot would be an advantage
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in German and English are a prerequisite
- You are customer-focused, outgoing, and confident in dealing with employees at all levels of the company
- Ideally, you have good understanding of technical concepts
