**Über das Projekt**:
Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung suchen wir ab sofort **eine / einen Chief of Staff** in Vollzeit.

Du führst ein junges, motiviertes Team zu Höchstleistung, Kreativität und Spaß bei der Umsetzung hochkarätiger Events und Projekte im Bereich Wissenschaft und Innovation.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Gesellschaftern von Falling Walls zur Umsetzung unserer 3-tägigen Flagship Veranstaltung dem Falling Walls Science Summit mit ca. 1200 Besucherinnen und Besuchern und weiteren Veranstaltungen zu Wissenschaft und Innovation
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden im Projekt
- und Veranstaltungsmanagement in einer agilen Organisation
- Koordination von Prozessen im Fundraising und in der Partnerakquise gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung
- Vertretung der Falling Walls Foundation gegenüber Partnern aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Politik

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und überdurchschnittliche Arbeitsbereitschaft
- Neugier auf Themen an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Politik
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches strategisches Denken und Handeln
- Intrinsisch motivierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Selbstorganisation und Flexibilität
- Starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine hohe Ziel
- und Ergebnisverantwortung
- Kenntnisse über die Rahmenbedingungen öffentlich finanzierter Projekte und Personalführung im Rahmen des TvÖD sind von großem Vorteil
- Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
- Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Masterniveau; Promotion oder äquivalente Arbeitserfahrung in einer wissenschaftlichen Organisation oder NGO sind von Vorteil
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
