**Your responsibilities and tasks**:
GEA TDS GmbH offers process solutions for the dairy, beverage and food industries, among others. We design, build, configure and install versatile and efficient equipment, technologies and processing lines as well as complete plants.
At our location in Sarstedt (close to Hannover) we are looking for a

Senior Director - Head of Profitcenter Dairy Sarstedt (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
- Provide the design, engineering, commissioning, and technical support on Dairy based projects from offer preparation to project execution
- Develop and design concepts and engineering strategies to assist the sales support and offer management team to secure projects, this may include actual costings
- Develop standardized methodologies for implementation in order to increase efficiency and lower cost
- Ensure that the workflow throughout the engineering team is optimized so that our customer’s requirements are met in the most efficient means
- Responsibility for the DACH Dairy market

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Deep experience as project director (f/m/d) or project manager of major process engineering projects in the dairy or food industry
- High cost awareness and the ability to form and manage a multinational team crossing different locations
- Willingness to travel
- Very good fluent German and English is required
