Der Bereich Content Editing - ARTS ist der kompetente Ansprechpartner für Autor*innen und Herausgeber*innen nach Akquise eines Projektes bis zur Übergabe in die Herstellung. Als Content Editor übernehmen Sie eigenständig das Projektmanagement von Buchprojekten in den Bereichen De Gruyter Arts und Deutscher Kunstverlag. Die Stelle ist unbefristet in Teilzeit (80%) am Standort Berlin oder München zu besetzen.
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Projektmanagement des Publikationsprozesses von Buchprojekten
- Betreuung von Autor*innen und Herausgeber*innen nach Akquise bis zur Übergabe an die Herstellung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten (Herstellung, Marketing, Autor*innen und Herausgeber*innen, Museen, Künstler*innen)
- Verantwortung für Titelproduktion und Terminsteuerung während des gesamten Publikationsprozesses, Überwachung und Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben
- Mitarbeit an der stetigen Prozessoptimierung des Bereichs
**IHR PROFIL**:
- Ein abgeschlossenes kunstwissenschaftliches Studium
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in einem Wissenschaftsverlag oder in der Betreuung von Museumspublikationen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie insbesondere eine ziel
- und terminorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit sicherer Prioritätensetzung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
