**What we're looking for**:

- **Passion for Design**: Bring at least 2 years of design experience, showcasing your passion through a strong portfolio.
- **Adobe Maestro**: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in using Adobe Suite to bring your creative visions to life.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Affiliation, and UI/UX teams to create impactful designs that align with WKND's goals.
- **Feedback oriented**: Test and refine your designs across various media, embracing feedback to ensure top-notch deliverables.
- **Innovative Thinker**: Join forces with our team to generate fresh ideas for new brands, promotions, and campaigns launched globally.

**Plus Points**:

- **Education**: A degree or relevant certification in the creative field.
- **Tech Savvy**: Understanding of UX and UI principles, with knowledge in Figma.
- **Banner Master**: Experience in banner creation using Bannerflow/Creatopy.
- **Industry Insight**: Previous experience in the iGaming industry (not a must)
