Vigilance Specialist

**How can you help us?**
- Handle product complaints for Germany, Austria and Switzerland as wetl as represent for the Netherlands,
- Belgium, Nordics, United Kingdom, Ireland and distributors via our ERP system
- Provide support to sales force, marketing and/or product managers for vigilance-related issues
- Be point of contact for customers with vigilance-related concerns
- Inform supervisors about crucial quality and product based issues
- Assist the European Regulatory Affairs (ERA) representative with keeping the national competent authority updated on incidents
- Support the recall team when a backup is required

**Are you our match?**
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is required
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory affairs are desirable
- Must have good user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have good language skills for the assigned area of responsibility
- Must have good communication skills; be service-orientated and dedicated Must be willing to train and further education
- Good **German **and English skills
