**You will experience**
- An 18-month trainee program tailored to your individual needs
- Assignment in international and challenging projects with various stations around the Go To Source area.
- At MAHLE Aftermarket, Go To Source comprises the following three areas:

- Product Lifecycle Management,
- Strategic Purchasing and
- Procurement & Planning.
- Stations in non-specialized areas as well as at least one stay abroad in one of our locations in North-, South America, EMEA or Asia.
- Close mentoring from management for your personal and professional development
- Regular exchange with the specialist departments and HR to promote your sustainable success with us
- Participation in the trainee community and the offer of numerous seminars and networking events

**Your**
**qualifications**
- You have completed your master's degree in industrial engineering, automotive engineering or similar cross-functional courses of study with above-average grades
- You can demonstrate first practical experience through relevant internships, preferably in the environment of spare parts business, small batch production or technical service and trainings
- You have spent at least three months abroad and enjoy working with international interfaces
- You speak business fluent German and English.
- You are characterized by a holistic, entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- You bring along a high level of initiative and a distinct change mindset.
- High IT affinity and first experiences in dealing with data analysis and evaluations desirable

**Application Process**
- First interviews will be held from end of January 2023
- Final Assessment Center will be held at the end of Febraury 2023
- Starting Date: April or October 2023
