Production Supervisor

**About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**
- Production planning according to specified processes and work instructions
- Internal and external coordination of the merchandise movements
- Coordination of returns and their evaluation, as well as picking orders for the various work areas
- Personnel management and responsibility, planning and control including work distribution and briefing of employees
- Superior lever contact person for customers and employees or temporary workers
- Planning, scheduling and coordination of the forklift trucks
- Planning and controlling the flow of goods within agreed customer SLA's, KPI's and cus-tomer requirements
- Handling of problem cases from the operational area (order changes, master data, etc.)
- Continuous evaluation of the planned volume on the operational requirements (areas, warehouse capacity, MA requirements, equipment, productivity, customer require-ments)
- Optimization of warehouse structure, system data maintenance
- Specification of required equipment (FFZ, storage locations, workstation structure)
- Communication and coordination within the operative departments
- Daily and weekly reporting

**Your Key Qualifications**
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training as a master craftsman, ideally a degree in business administration or industrial engineering preferably in the field of logis-tics and/or supply chain management
- At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics / freight forwarding with leadership experience as well as experience in warehouse planning & material flow optimization
- Fluent German and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Experience in the use of enterprise resource planning systems (WMS)
- High level of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
- Dynamic, goal-oriented and decisive personality with a passion for completing tasks in a timely manner
- Analytical understanding of process-related interrelationships and a focus on numbers, data and facts
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system
