Controller Business Center Coo

In this exciting position, as Controller Business Center COO (M/F/d) you are the primary point of contact for the Business Center COO functions in the Chief Operating Office (COO) area for all questions related to controlling. You will also support the senior management in cross-departmental projects and get to know large parts of the company, which is a great opportunity for a talent as steppingstone into the future.

Your assignments
- Primary point of contact for the Business Center COO functions for all issues related to controlling and finance
- Independent and structured reporting for the cost centers of the Business Center COO department according to the internal and external specifications, including- Forecast and budget planning and review of the cost centers
- Preliminary coordination with the respective cost center managers
- Reporting and tracking in all relevant systems
- Monthly and annual financial statements
- Commenting on the results and analysis of deviations
- Coordinating and monitoring the proper invoicing of costs from subsidiaries to the department
- Maintenance of the personnel management software
- Commercial contact for the management of the department, e. g. for investment and sales-related projects
- Supporting the department head and senior management with ad-hoc analyses and in strategic projects
- Further development of the reporting system within the scope of projects

**Profile**:

- Successfully completed university degree in economics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or a similar field of study, with a focus on controlling or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in controlling or other finance functions, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in the production environment
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills combined with a quick perception and strong communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-organized way of working
- Conscientious way of working, flexibility, and reliability
- Safe handling of common IT systems and high IT affinity (especially MS Excel, SAP FI/CO as well as SAP BW with Analysis for Office)
- Fluency in the English language in speaking and writing
- German language skills and working experience in Europe, particularly in Germany, are highly desirable but not mandatory
