We are looking for a **Kreditorenbuchhalter/Accounts Payable Accountant (fixed-term) (all genders)** to join the **Accounting** **team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your Mission**:

- At Central Accounts Payable we process incoming invoices, employee expenses, support with master data maintenance and take care of payments of incoming invoices and employee expenses.
- These will be your tasks in the daily Accounts Payable business:"
- You process and monitor FI and MM-invoices in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
- You work closely with Procurement regarding PO-related topics
- Monitoring and clearing of open items
- You support with month-end-close and year-end-close preparations in SAP S/4HANA
- You contribute to the ongoing standardisation and automation of accounts payable processes

**Your skills**:

- Completed commercial training or studies
- First experiences in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel/Google Workspace, especially Google Sheet
- Ideally, you have experience with SAP S4/HANA, VIM, Fiori
- You are open-minded, a teamplayer, reliable, well organized and work independently
- You see challenges as an opportunity to develop and expand your skills
- You are confident in communicating in English and understand German
