Done by Native is a small and quickly growing business that operates internationally on a variety of projects specializing in language services. Done by Native runs numerous programs teaching foreign languages and providing translation services. DbN seeks highly-qualified and enthusiastic Russian language instructors for an anticipated future position in Germany.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of adult students at all different proficiency levels.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences to facilitate language acquisition.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and cultural understanding.
- Stay current with advancements in language teaching methodologies and integrate innovative approaches into lessons.
- Collaborate with other language teachers and participate in professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.
- Bachelor's degree in Russian language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Proven experience in teaching Russian to adult learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with language teaching technologies and resources.
- Passion for promoting cultural exchange and understanding.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Russian language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Certification in foreign language teaching.

**Please note that this position is not yet funded. We are seeking applicants for an anticipated future position.

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time

Pay: 22.17€ - 43.17€ per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
