**Aufgaben**:
**About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

**Your Mission**

To design our software-development integration platform, we are more then 1000 developers integrate their code for our products we put our users/developers at the center of all decisions. Our goal is to involve the user for our system design improvements following human-centered system design principals
- Support us in collecting data from our developers about our current integration process.
- Gain experience how to use qualitative and quantitative methods to inform system design
- Help us improve our processes using surveys, cognitive task analysis, system matter expert interviews etc.
- Help tracking progresses of improvement plans and ensure that the implementation is well aligned with the user value
- Develop a deep understanding of what matters for our developers and represent the voice of the customer to influence system design decisions and shape feature prioritization
- Support change management when rolling out improvement items and track user experience after rolling out the improvement.
- Learn how to effectively communicate and promote our results to have an impact on our current systems within MBition and Mercedes-Benz
- Work closely with a cross-functional team collaborating with you to optimize our system development process
- Be a key player in our user-driven culture

**Qualifikationen**:
**Your Profile**

We are looking for an ambitious working student to support our strategic, creative and innovative think tank for new concept developments with a forward-looking vision.
- Ongoing studies in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors or a similar field related to UX Research.
- You have strong analytical skills and can break down complex problems into concise and measurable pieces.
- You work proactively, goal-oriented and structured

**Language
- Fluent in English and German
