Job Requirements
**Your tasks**:
- Management of the general ledger team with currently 4 employees
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for various companies
in accordance with HGB and US-GAAP
- Determination and documentation of provisions and accruals
- Determination and documentation of inventory accounts, receivables and payables
- Booking and maintenance of fixed assets, loans and leasing contracts
- Reconciling, analysis and evaluation of balance sheet accounts in the context of account reconciliation
- Reporting of results for the period to the parent company
- Executing, analysing and documenting closing postings in accordance with the Internal Controls guidelines
- Integration of new companies into existing financial statements
- Participation in cross-departmental optimisation projects
Work Experience
**Your profile**:
- Business studies with a focus on accounting / CPA or training as an accountant with additional qualification
as an international accountant IHK
- Several years of professional experience in accounting with an international focus
- Experience in an auditing firm is an advantage
- Several years of management experience are an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and tax law
- Experience in the preparation of balance sheets in accordance with HGB and US-GAAP
- Experience in working with ERP/reporting systems.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially good Excel skills
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- High level of initiative and affinity for numbers
