Ihr potentieller neuer Arbeitgeber ist ein erfolgreicher, mittelständischer Automobilzulieferer, der für seine internationalen Vertriebsaktivitäten einen erfahrenen "Head of Global Sales" sucht.

Unser Mandant agiert dabei sehr erfolgreich am Markt mit seinem Portfolio aus sicherheits-relevanten Produkten für Fahrzeuge namhafter OEMs. Darüber hinaus wurde das Unternehmen in den letzten Jahren durch die weitere Diversifizierung des gesamten Produktportfolios erfolgreich für die Zukunft ausgerichtet.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung und Umsetzung der weltweiten Kunden
- Akquise
- Aufsetzen einer erfolgreichen Preisstrategie für das Unternehmen
- Umsetzung eines effizienten Vertriebscontrollings
- Budgetplanung Topline
- Professionalisierung der Vertriebsprozesse
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter
- Aufbau eines professionellen Marketings

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder eine Ausbildung sind die Basis
- 10+ Jahre Vertriebs
- Erfahrung im Automobilbereich
- mindestens 5 Jahre Führungsverantwortung
- Sie bringen eine Hands-on Mentalität mit
- Sie haben eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Sie sind kommunikativ mit sicherem Auftreten in Richtung Kunden und Mitarbeitern
- Sie haben ein hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und sind verhandlungssicher
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes, strategisches Denken und taktisches Geschick
- Sie bringen Erfahrung aus dem Mittelstand mit
- Sie beherrschen fließend Deutsch und Englisch
