- A strong hands-on development experience with customer facing skills.-
- Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.- Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables- Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design- Escalate any risks and issues as and when they are identified, to the project / program management team- Work diligently towards better relationship with the customer- Ability to create instructions /operations manual and staying on the job until it is finished- Willingness to be accountable, courtesy, reliability, flexibility, cooperation and adaptability.- Level of experience: Overall experience 5 to 8 years with minimum of 5 years in required skills.

**Required Skills**:
- OpenText AppWorks /Process Suite Configurations, Deployment.- Knowledge of OTDS, Content Server and other OpenText products Documentum ,D2.- Proficiency with XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases, and network architecture.- OpenText Optical Character Recognition/Intelligent Character Recognition (OCR & ICR).- Inputaccel- Captiva- Brava.- OpenText Extended ECM for SAP.- knowledge of SOAP, REST web services and related technologies.- OpenText BPM.
