**Success Measurements**: Lead cloud-native transformations, collaborate effectively, and inspire change within customer organizations.

**Tasks**:

- Build balanced customer platform product teams.
- Design Pivotal Cloud Foundry architectures.
- Establish continuous delivery pipelines.
- Implement CI/CD processes for efficient production.
- Provide operational guidance for Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Set SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs with monitoring.
- Minimize toil through automation.
- Stay updated with Pivotal and industry trends.

**Tech Expertise**:

- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Automation tools: Chef, Puppet, BOSH.
- Platform-as-a-Service: Cloud Foundry, Heroku.
- Key tech: DNS, NTP, SAML, oAuth 2, Active Directory.
- Monitoring tools: NewRelic, AppDynamics, Nagios.
- Windows deployment, DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL), messaging (RabbitMQ).

**Must-Have**:

- Tanzu knowledge is OK

- Release management or production ops.
