**Wie Sie sich bei uns einbringen**:
Als Teil des Seafreigt-Teams tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden Ihre Transporte pünktlich erhalten.

Sie übernehmen selbstständig die Abwicklung, Überwachung sowie die Optimierung von internationalen Transportabläufen. Zudem behalten Sie die Transporte stets im Überblick und gewährleisten einen störungsfreien und pünktlichen Transport. Das abwechslungsreiche und internationale Aufgabengebiet des Logistics Coordinators (m/w/d) beinhaltet Tätigkeiten von der Angebotserstellung über Preisverhandlungen bis hin zur Abrechnung.

**Ihre weiteren Aufgaben sind**:
Prozessseitige Steuerung von internationalen Transportabläufen in der Seefracht (u.a. Abklärung des Kundenauftrages, Beauftragung von Partnerunternehmen)

tägliche Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden, Frächtern und internen Abteilungen

Systembasierte Tätigkeiten (u.a. Erstellen von Transportdokumenten, Eingabe und Kontrolle von Daten im Transportmanagementsystem, Pflegen von Datenbanken)

**Was Sie dazu mitbringen**:
Motivierte engagierte Quereinsteiger oder idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Speditionskauffrau/-mann

gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation mit globalen Partnern

Eigenverantwortlich e Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke

Organisieren ist Ihre Leidenschaft

System-Affinität für die gängigen MS-Office-Programme

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position bieten wir ein attraktives Gehalt, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Davon unabhängig, beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt €2.422,00 brutto/Monat bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung, basierend auf dem Kollektivvertrag für Spedition und Logistik.
