**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Identifizierung von Risiken sowie bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Definition, Implementierung und Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit von Kontrollen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Dokumentation von Prozessen und Kontrollen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung des IKS- und RMS Tools und kontinuierliche Pflege
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des IKS zur Sicherstellung der SOX - Compliance der Unternehmensgruppe
- Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Risiken und im Risikomanagementprozess
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung

**Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit**:

- Gutes allgemeines Verständnis von Prozessen und Abläufen; erste Erfahrung im Bereich IKS/RMS oder Prozess-/Kontrolldokumentation wünschenswert
- Buchhaltungskenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
