For the R&D centre in Pleidelsheim, our customer is looking for an expert in **Motion Control Algorithm for Industrial Robot product **to improve robot motion efficiency, precision, and minimize vibration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for robot motion control algorithm development to improve robot motion efficiency, precision, and minimize vibration.
- Responsible for exploring new directions of robot motion control algorithms, including but not limited to motion control and AI, MPC, modern control theory innovation.
- Be familiar with the characteristics of core robot components, and able to propose optimisation of gearboxes, motors, servos, controller hardware, etc..
- Participate in and guide the prototype trial production of innovative architecture, core algorithm writing and simulation, prototype testing.
**Qualifications**:
- With bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automation, computer or other related majors, more than 10 years of experience in robotics industry.
- Understand the relationship between the performance of the whole robot and the characteristics of the core components; in particular, have successful project experience in robot vibration reduction and precision improvement.
- Proficient in robot motion control algorithms, force control algorithms, flexible dynamics, and control theories.
- Working experience in well-known industrial robotics companies is preferred.
- Willing to travel overseas.
