**Commercial Lawyer (M/F/d)**
As the leading global platform for private equity investing, Moonfare is experiencing incredible success and growth. Within this growth, Moonfare's Legal Team is one of the key teams to support the business with regulatory expertise, ensuring new product launches are compliant and providing critical legal advice to all areas of the business.

**You will**:
- Provide advice on commercial and contractual issues across the business and help the business to navigate complex legal issues.
- Own commercial contract management ensuring a timely delivery. Including drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts with Moonfare's third-party contracting partners, including vendors and suppliers
- Work with the business stakeholders to understand business requirements and build strong, collaborative relationships with commercial teams.
- Be a part of cross-functional business teams to deliver multi-jurisdictional, high profile projects
- Work alongside Compliance, DPO and IT Security with vendor onboarding
- Assist the business to resolve contract disputes
- Work with the business and external advisors to protect Moonfare's brand
- Draft and maintain template documentation
- Keep up to date on developments in relevant areas of law and share relevant knowledge and know-how with the Legal team, as appropriate
- Have a good understanding of GDPR (EU/UK) and experience with handling GDPR related questions and Data Protection Agreements (highly desirable).
**The next Moonfarian**:
- 2-3 years previous experience in commercial law
- Experience drafting, reviewing, advising on & negotiating commercial contracts
- Good understanding of data protection laws, in particular GPDR
- Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus
- Previous experience working within a technology company is a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management particularly with long term projects
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Is able to work independently
- Is able to provide creative solutions to complex problems
