**Position Details**:
Team: Customer Care
Vertrag: ab sofort befristet auf 1 Jahr mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung
Arbeitszeit: Werkstudentenvertrag (max. 20h / Woche), Arbeit nach Schichtplan
Arbeitsort:
**Deutschland**, Berlin. Andere Arbeitsorte
**innerhalb Deutschlands** nach Absprache möglich. Arbeitsmodell derzeit 100% virtuell, mit Ausnahmen wie z.B. Onboarding, Schulungen und Teamevents.

**Job To Do's**:

- Du bist die Stimme von AMORELIE und bearbeitest im Schichtdienst eingehende Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner*in für alle aufkommenden Anliegen unserer Kunden: von Anfragen zum Bestellstatus über Produktberatung bis hin zum Beschwerdemanagement
- Du pflegst einen kompetenten und freundlichen Umgang mit den Kunden
- Du arbeitest gelegentlich auch mit anderen Departements zusammen, um das Angebot für unsere Kunden kontinuierlich zu verbessern

**Skills**:

- Du kommunizierst fließend in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch
- Englisch-Grundkenntnisse sind vorhanden, Französisch ist ein Plus
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Kundenservice, vorzugsweise im telefonischen Customer Care Support - auch Erfahrungen auf der Verkaufsfläche im Einzelhandel sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit relevanten Customer Care Softwareprogrammen (v.a. Zendesk) sind ein Plus
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace (sheets, docs etc.)
- Du bist flink an der Tastatur und navigierst sicher durch mehrere Systeme gleichzeitig
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz, hast Spaß bei Deiner Arbeit und lässt Dich auch nicht aus der Ruhe bringen, wenn es mal etwas hektischer wird
- Eine sich schnell entwickelnde Arbeitsumgebung findest Du spannend
- Du bist zuverlässig und gewissenhaft, mit einer service
- und kundenorientierten Denkweise
