Ihre Aufgaben:
Zu Ihren Verantwortlichkeiten gehören, unter anderem, die Folgenden:

- Develop and perform in vitro immunogenicity assays using primary cells to evaluate T and B cell responses (e.g., activation, differentiation, and proliferation assays using T-cells, monocyte/ macrophages, or dendritic cells).
- Independent execution and interpretation of experiments in studies to evaluate immunogenicity (including FACS, PBMC isolation, or antibody and cytokine assays etc.).
- Develop and qualify novel assays utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.
- Assist with the development of ligand binding and cell-based assays suitable for characterizing immunogenicity, using different techniques (e.g. ELISA, Luminex, or MSD).
- Interpret results, as well as writing and review laboratory methods and reports.
- Actively participate in scientific meetings/ seminars.
- Effectively interact within project teams as well as presentation of results.
- Good communication with external partner laboratories
- Independently write internal and external reports and contributes to scientific papers.
- Technical guidance and training of Scientists (Associate to Senior Level) and Technical Assistants.

**Minimum requirements**

Das bringen Sie mit:

- PhD or Master with several years of relevant experience.
- Scientific and practical knowledge with cell-based, immunological assays (e.g. flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, LC-MS, etc.).
- Working experience with primary cells (PBMCs).
- Expertise in the area of immunology
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
