Stellenbeschreibung
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) in unserer Service & Quality Assurance Abteilung im Bereich Service bekommst du die Möglichkeit:
- einen Einblick in das Qualitätsmanagement sowie die Strukturen und Prozesse eines Automobilzulieferers zu bekommen,
- uns bei Qualitätsbeobachtungen mit dem Schwerpunkt Problemfrüherkennung zu unterstützen,
- uns bei der konsequenten Weiterverfolgung und Abhandlung gemäß unseren DENSO-Prozessen unter die Arme zu greifen,
- Daten in unseren internen Systemen mit Hilfe von Excel und Access zu erfassen,
- bei der Analyse von reklamierten Teilen vor allem beim Scannen, Prüfen, Daten eingeben und Versenden mitzuwirken,
- und Kundenreklamationen nachzuverfolgen.
Qualifikationen
- Du studierst mit technischer Orientierung und möchtest die Automobilbranche kennenlernen,
- Du möchtest deinem Team proaktiv bei ihren Aufgaben helfen und bist motiviert, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten,
- Du möchtest mehr über das Qualitätsmanagement bei einem Autozulieferer erfahren,
- Du kannst selbstständig Aufgaben erledigen und nutzt deinen zuverlässigen und sorgfältigen Arbeitsstil, um Reklamationsprozesse tatkräftig zu unterstützen,
- Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest präzise,
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um dich mit unseren multikulturellen Teams zu verständigen,
- Du kannst mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen sicher umgehen, um Daten zu erfassen und Reklamationen nachzuverfolgen.
