**What would your day to day look like?**
- Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions
- Support with recruitment projects
**What do we expect of you?**
- Previous experience within recruitment (agency or inhouse) would be preferable.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised and a good ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A good team player.
