**What part will you play?**
- Driving Finance Process Excellence: You will be part of finance process improvement initiatives, evaluating and recommending action plans to optimize finance and controlling processes. Your contributions will lead to streamlined operations, increased efficiency, and enhanced stakeholder satisfaction
- Global Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BU Management, ensuring that your work resonates on a global scale. Your insights and solutions will be visible at all organizational levels
- Finance Transformation: support ongoing finance process optimization. Your innovative ideas will fuel our transformation journey, making a difference in our financial operations
- Driving Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) Process to the next level: with coordination of the CAPEX approval process and advising the operating business on preparation of the approval documents. Also be part of the CAPEX budgeting process to ensure accurate and insightful financial information
- Rigorous Control: Safeguard our internal control activities by coordinating the Risk and Internal Control (RIC) processes, especially regarding Policy & Control Masterbook (PCMB). Your meticulous attention to detail will contribute to a robust control environment
- Global Enablement: Shape the future of finance competence development by building an intranet homepage. Your initiatives will foster continuous learning and expertise sharing across the organization

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- The basis for your success is a completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management across hierarchies and departments
- You have several years of experience in processes, guidelines, Risk Management, Finance and Controlling
- Aim to provide innovative process improvement proposals
- Calm approach to tight deadlines
- Fluency in German and English
- Superb attention to details, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast growing and dynamic work environment
- High level of critical thinking, logic and reasoning, with the ability to identify key risk factors and drivers
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Experience in a global environment as well as operational business experience
- You have experience in working within virtual and global teams and you are a phenomenal teammate with excellent communication skills
