- **Coding Excellence**: Du wirst hauptsächlich in der Softwareentwicklung tätig sein und musst in diesem Bereich exzellent sein. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist das Coden - etwa 60% deiner Zeit widmest du der Entwicklung und Implementierung fortschrittlicher Softwarelösungen, um unsere technologischen Ambitionen zu verwirklichen.
- **Proaktive Vernetzung**: Eine weitere Schlüsselaufgabe ist die proaktive Vernetzung mit relevanten Ansprechpartnerinnen und Ansprechpartnern in den verschiedenen Gesellschaften der HÖRMANN Gruppe. Durch diese Interaktionen identifizierst du Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, die in konkrete Projekte münden und somit einen direkten Beitrag zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Produkte und Services leisten.
- **Innovation und Führung**: Als Senior Software Engineer und Innovationstreiber arbeitest du eng mit deinem Entwicklerteam (aktuell 3 Entwickler) sowie den Stakeholdern in den Gesellschaften zusammen, um Lösungen zu entwickeln, die unsere internen Prozesse optimieren und unseren Kunden einen Mehrwert bieten. Du förderst das Wachstum des Teams durch fachliche Anleitung und setzt Standards in der Code-Qualität.

- **Fachliche Exzellenz in der Softwareentwicklung**: Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse und mindestens 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit TypeScript sowie in der Anwendung der Tools/Frameworks React und Next.js. Du bist eine exzellente Entwicklerin / ein exzellenter Entwickler, der komplexe Probleme effizient lösen kann.
- **Agile und DevOps Methoden**:Deine Erfahrungen umfassen die Durchführung agiler Softwareentwicklungsprozesse sowie die Umsetzung von DevOps-Methoden, einschließlich Continuous Integration (CI) und Continuous Delivery (CD).
- **Proaktivität und Kommunikationsstärke**: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur proaktiven Vernetzung und Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen. Du bist in der Lage, aus Gesprächen mit den Ansprechpartnerinnen und Ansprechpartnern der verschiedenen Gesellschaften innerhalb der HÖRMANN Gruppe wertvolle Einsichten zu gewinnen und diese in erfolgreiche Projekte umzusetzen.
- **Sprachkenntnisse und Teamfähigkeit**: Fließende Deutsch

- **Branchenerfahrung**:Idealerweise bringst du einen Background im deutschen Mittelstand, speziell in den Branchen der Intralogistik oder der Kommunikationstechnik, mit. Diese Erfahrung ermöglicht dir ein tiefes Verständnis der spezifischen Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse dieser Sektoren.
