**TEAM OVERVIEW**

The Cultural Insight and Analytics (CIA) team in London and remote is a group of 30+ specialists covering four principal craft areas of data and analytics: Business Intelligence, Audience & Data Strategy, Research & Insights and Advanced Analytics.

This role will be part of the Rufus Team (Initiative’s dedicated Amazon team) in the EMEA Hub, based in London/Hamburg and servicing the Amazon client teams in Europe.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

This role will take an analytics leadership position for the Rufus XCM Europe team. It requires a consultative-minded, analytics professional to support our Amazon clients in achieving their business goals through measurement, insights and data. You will be passionate about this space and will proactively find and create solutions, often in collaboration with our clients, to solve challenges. You will work with cross-functional teams in Rufus, including account management, media planning, and creative, to ensure data and analytics are integrated into all aspects of Rufus’ operations. You will work closely with the wider CIA craft teams to identify new solutions and suitable opportunities to bring to Amazon.
- Advise Amazon on optimal ways to leverage their data to impact growth.
- Identify requirements, design solutions and deliver projects, both in-scope and out of scope.
- Consult clients to develop and enhance measurement solutions.
- Work with the Global Rufus team on Global-led projects, often to translate and roll out solutions to meet European requirements.
- Bring data to life through analysis and visualisations to maximise decision making capabilities and create efficiencies.
- Create a culture of sharing and learning of Analytics, Data and Measurement across the EU Rufus network.
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across the Amazon LOBs

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Significant experience of analytics, research, and/or data, ideally within a media agency.
- Adept client partner who excels at developing trusted partner relationships and diverse teams.
- Adept at building and implementing measurement frameworks, and a working knowledge of a wide range of media measurement solutions.
- Consummate communicator, both written and verbal; able to talk plainly and simply about complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience distilling data to develop and articulate insights with the ability to present points of view to senior client audience.
- Knowledge and capability to design and deliver analytics solutions, including but not limited to MMM, budget optimization, LTV and retention forecasting, growth analysis.
- Adept at building and implementing measurement frameworks, and a working knowledge of a wide range of media measurement solutions.
- Proficient in managing complex data and analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Applied knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system and related data
- Knowledge of the design and implementation of audience data strategies.
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence.
- Deep knowledge of industry data and tech partners and capabilities
