- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Ansprechpartner der Kunden
- Organisations
- / Ansprechpartnerrecherche
- Verfolgung und Anlage Erstkontakt (Lieferantenselbstauskunft, Onlineregistrierung), Dokumentation der kundenspezifischen Auftragsanforderungen
- Einspeisung von Anfragen, Angebotserstellung nach Vorgabe, Angebotsauswertung, Kommunikation und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
- Artikel
- und Auftragsanlage im PPS, Erstellung der AB, Pflege der Kunden - und Preisdaten

**Profil**:
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, vorzugsweise ERP Systemerfahrung
- Berufserfahrung als Verkaufsassistenz oder im Vertrieb, von mind. 1 Jahr
