**Demand Planner (d/f/m)**:

**Your Role**:

- Use standard data analytics tools to evaluate KPI development and identify forecast deviations, trends, seasonalities
- Share findings with local contacts and deduce potentially needed forecast adjustments to optimize forecast accuracy
- Operate a reasonable product segmentation according to the global standard to ensure a continuous focus on the most important product categories / groups / brands and single items
- Maintain and improve a team-orientated relationship with stakeholders in assigned markets to understand their local processes, culture and requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of communication, processes, results and way of working related to assigned markets
- Coordinate and manage all Demand Planning related tasks for a disciplined monthly S&OP process
- Support local or global Supply Chain
- or IT-related projects

**You Identify Yourself With
***:

- University degree in Business Administration preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management or degree in a commercial education with several years of relevant working experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in an adequate position within a multi-site environment
- Experience in usage of SAP APO / SAP R3 or comparable systems
- Solid MS Office knowledge, enhanced skills in MS Excel
- Profound reporting knowledge, ideally with HANA-based big data analytics
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with an affinity to statistical methods
- Very good communication skills and a strong ability to react flexible on different workloads in an international, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English, any further languages are a plus
