Politik und der Prozess der demokratischen Meinungsbildung finden zunehmend im digitalen Raum statt. Immer häufiger werden politische Debatten im Internet entschieden. Es ist an der Zeit, diesen Wandel aktiv mitzugestalten. Wir befähigen Organisationen und Menschen, ihre politische Kommunikation digital und datenbasiert zu gestalten. Täglich arbeiten wir daran, Menschen mit relevanten Botschaften anzusprechen und sie in den demokratischen Diskurs einzubinden. So leisten wir einen Beitrag, das Verhältnis zwischen Staat und Bürger: innen, Parteien und Wähler: innen sowie Unternehmen und der Gesellschaft neu zu denken. Wir arbeiten dabei ausschließlich mit Akteur: innen und Organisationen zusammen, die für eine offene, demokratische und pluralistische Gesellschaft einstehen.

Du aktiv gestalten möchtest, wie politische Kommunikation und Partizipation in der digitalen Öffentlichkeit einer Demokratie funktioniert.
Du Lust darauf hast, die digitale Kommunikation von anspruchsvollen Personen und Organisationen aus der Politik mit Deinen Ideen zu füllen.
Du politische Organisationen dazu befähigen willst, bürgernah und dialogorientiert auf digitalen Plattformen zu kommunizieren.

Deine Aufgaben am königlichen Hof
Operative Unterstützung bei der Planung und Ausführung von digitalen politischen Kampagnen für Facebook, Twitter, Instagram und LinkedIn
Einführung und tägliches Management vom Facebook Business Manager für die Aussteuerung von digitalen politischen Kampagnen

**Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Nachbereitung von Kund**: innenterminen und Präsentationen
Erstellung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Reportings
Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der digitalen Kampagnen Performance
Operative Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Social Media Content und Entwicklung von neuen Content Formaten
Analyse und Bewertung von Entwicklungen im politischen Digitalbereich, Märkten & Wettbewerb, Technologien und Zielgruppen

Dein Missions Profil
Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Politikwissenschaft, politischer Kommunikation, Staatswissenschaften, Public Policy oder einer ähnlichen Ausrichtung
einschlägige Praktika Erfahrungen im politischen Kontext
Fundierte Kenntnisse von politischen Prozessen sowie eine hohe Affinität für digitale Trends
Interesse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media oder digitaler Kommunikation
Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
