**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Manage all HR-topics for assigned brands (recruiting, onboarding, talent management, development, legal, health management, offboarding and retention) for both office and field population
- First point of contact and strong sparring partner for General Management and Managers in all HR-relevant topics
- Support HR Controlling during yearly compensation and budget processes
- Continuous improvement of processes, pioneering new ways of working and digital transformation
- Owner of different HR projects
- Close cooperation with international HQs, adaption of global projects and initiatives for the local audience

PROFILE

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in HR, Business or equivalent
- Min 3 years relevant work experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in FMCG and/or retail
- Knowledge of latest Recruiting trends and Employer Branding approaches
- Fluent in German and English
- Innovative mindset with hands-on and can-do mentality
- People-oriented, open personality, who can work with a diverse range of people
- Excellent communicator and networker
- Organized and pro-active self-starter with high work ethic
