We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will drive our international expansion in the B2B and B2B2C travel space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive customer success, working proactively with partners and customers to ensure reaching joint objectives
- In collaboration with the sales team manage and maintain major Talixo customers around the world across all B2B sales verticals (online travel agencies, corporations, airlines, travel agencies, tour operators,...)
- Scoping technical solutions and successfully rolling out customer and partnerships at the highest standard
- Coordination of internal marketing activities for major customers in order to increase booking volume and sales
- Active participation in the acquisition and closing of potential major customers together with the Talixo sales team
- Analysis of the booking activity of major customers and derivation of measures to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Analysis of partner quality and commercial metrics and driving initiatives to improve these KPIs
- Close cooperation with marketing and IT teams to improve the Talixo products for the customer
- Report to the Head of Global Sales

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of German and English. Other languages are a plus
- Successful completion of a degree (Bachelor), especially business administration and marketing
- Experience in sales, sales support or customer success, preferably in the B2B area
- Technically adept and interested in innovative, online-based software products
- Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and acting, negotiation skills and enthusiasm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills with using Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong Analytical, independent and result-oriented way of working
- Rapid receptivity and willingness to learn
- Team player interested in working in an international environment
- Any travel industry experience is a plus, especially in business travel
