**Fault Management Specialist for Vehicle Validation**:
- **German Speaking**
MICLA is looking for EE Systems Fault Management specialist to support the engineering development team on VW vehicle fleet on EE issue resolution.
Fault Management Specialist Engineer will be responsible for the following activities:
- Tracking of all tickets of the affected vehicle projects for a quick solution of all complaints;
- Control and assurance of fixed specifications along the problem fixing process;
- Alignment with problem managers of the development departments;
- Organization and lead of special meetings (escalation, presentation to management);
- Organization and lead of ticket meetings incl. creation of agenda and protocol;
- Plausibility check of ticket meetings of the development departments with KPI-Boards;
- Check of hygienic criteria of the tickets;
- Technical exchange with development departments and stakeholder;
- Demand of technical documents from the responsible departments;
- Weekly creation of ticket reports;
- Quality Gate for increasing the ticket quality;
- Support for preparation, execution and follow-up of management drives;
- Plausibility check and adjustment of ticket filters;
- Project specific presentations;
- Alignment across all brands of the VW Group;
- Preparation of documents for presentations on top-management-level.
**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in appropriate field of study (electronics, informatics, electrical or mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Other requirements**:
- Ability to work as part of a team; accuracy and precision work is mandatory;
- Availability to travel abroad.
**Language-Skills**:
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken **German** and **English**.
