- Front office - first point of contact for students, parents and teachers
- Handling correspondence in German and English
- Support in general tasks of school organization (e.g. dispatch of parent of parent information, newsletter, administration of school materials, event organization and much more)

**Dein Profil**:

- completed commercial training and/or professional experience in a similar field
- German at native speaker level and good English skills
- good to very good PC user skills, especially MS Office
- structured and independent working style, reliability and intercultural competence
