In Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams ist diese Position dafür verantwortlich, dass Daten aus komplexen Mietverträgen fristgerecht und korrekt in interne und externe Datenbanken eingegeben werden.

**TÄGLICHE AUFGABEN**:

- Überprüfung von Mietverträgen und genaue Eingabe der Daten in Datenbanken
- Hervorragende Aufmerksamkeit für Details bei gleichzeitiger Einhaltung von Fristen
- Pflege mehrerer Datenbanken und Sicherstellung ihrer kontinuierlichen Organisation
- Gelegentlicher Kontakt mit anderen Teams und Dritten
- Sich in einem internationalen Umfeld an der Seite anderer talentierter und innovativer Menschen entfalten

**ERFORDERLICHE FÄHIGKEITEN**:

- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Erfahrung in der Dateneingabe, Qualitätskontrolle oder im Vertragswesen
- Enthusiastisch und wissbegierig
- Ausgezeichnete Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Zeitmanagement
- Die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer zu sein
- Computerkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen in Excel, Outlook und Word
